Job Description
Note:This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients office in Terrell TX.
Note:The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of experience estimating commercial drywall projects and must be a U.S. citizen.
**Great Hours:Hours: MonThurs 7 a.m.4 p.m. Fri 7 a.m.12 p.m.**

Our client is a fast-growing drywall contractor based in Terrell TX. With a reputation for quality and a full pipeline of commercial projects they are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator whos ready to join a small but mighty team and hit the ground running.
Job Description
- Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial drywall projects
- Analyze blueprints scope of work and bid documents
- Collaborate with suppliers subcontractors and internal team members
- Submit competitive bids on time
- Assist with value engineering and project handoff
- Report daily to office in Terrell TX
- Hours: MonThurs 7 a.m.4 p.m. Fri 7 a.m.12 p.m.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating
- Strong understanding of takeoffs and pricing methods
- Comfortable reading construction drawings and bid specs
- U.S. citizenship required
- Existing client relationships a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
