About The Opportunity
As a key member of the estimating team the successful candidatemust demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit using the software daily for tailored cost analysis and modelling of complex architectural stair systems to provide detailed and accurate cost analysis for architectural stair projects. This role plays a critical part in the success of commercial fit-outs working closely with designers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager some responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates
- Ensuring alignment between models estimates and project specifications
- Managing estimates and quote creation using dedicated estimating software
- Performing in-depth cost analysis to support project bidding and supplier selection
- Creating modifying and managing complex Revit modelsfor accurate cost estimation and fabrication coordination
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification in building and construction or a related field
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and adapt Revit models for estimating and fabrication purposes
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Estimator ideally in construction or commercial fit-outs
- Advanced Revit skills are essential including the ability to work independently in Revit for detailed modelling estimation and fabrication purposes
