Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a friendly demeanor ensuring that everyone feels welcomed upon entering our office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Document and relay messages accurately and promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
