Job Description
As the Logistics Systems Transformation Business Leader you will be responsible for developing and driving a multi-year systems transformation strategy that embraces autonomous workflows bi-directional data connectivity AI/ML optimization and advanced simulation capabilities. You will collaborate with partners across the organization to identify problems provide requirements for future-state logistics systems architecture and oversee implementation of solutions that drive measurable business RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead the development of a comprehensive logistics systems transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives- Design innovative logistics systems maximising principles of no-touch autonomous workflows bi-directional data connectivity AI/ML optimization and simulation capabilities- Serve as the main liaison between business partners and technology teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements- Drive organisational change initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes- Develop cases and ROI analyses to secure executive consensus and investment for transformation initiatives- Oversee implementation of logistics systems solutions ensuring alignment with strategic vision- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the logistics technology roadmap- Lead teams through all phases of the transformation journey from ideation to implementation- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Information Systems Business Administration or related field
- 12 years of experience in logistics supply chain operations or related field
- 10 years of experience leading technology transformation initiatives or large-scale system implementations
- Demonstrated knowledge of logistics systems and technologies including TMS WMS and visibility platforms
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps and driving organizational change
- Solid understanding of systems integration and data management principles
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
