Job Description:
I)Summary: Northeastern University is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Director Enrollment Systems Initiatives to lead a team focused on optimizing the Universitys technical systems for global enrollment and associated processes across its global network of campuses. This leadership role provides a unique opportunity to mentor and coach a growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Northeasterns global enrollment strategy.
II) Key Responsibilities:
A) Systems Management:
Support the creation of a unified enrollment management ecosystem that seamlessly connects disparate systems across all campuses. Prioritize robust interoperability solutions fostering a smart ecosystem that simplifies the student experience and streamlines administrative processes for a global university network. Lead the strategic development and implementation of enrollment systems infrastructure to accommodate the growing network of regional and global campuses both current and future. Ensure scalability and adaptability to support the universitys global expansion and evolving need of growing global learners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that facilitate a streamlined and consistent experience for the global mobility of students across the Universitys network of regional and global campuses. Ensure smooth data transfer between the Universitys application and other downstream systems and integration across campuses enabling a unified experience for students. Optimize the enrollment technology ecosystem (including Slate Sunapsis Salesforce Banner PowerFaids CIBC etc.) and integrations with third-party applications to create a seamless global enrollment experience for students across all campuses. Partner with campus partners to implement necessary changes to the underlying data structure of the enrollment systems. Ensure consistent and accurate student information capture throughout the student lifecycle enable seamless data flow across all downstream university systems and support for global administrative functions.
B) Enrollment Compliance and Operations:
Provide leadership and oversight for the strategy and required processes for Enrollment Agreements and other related compliance activities to protect the authorization of Northeasterns delivery of higher education products and services across its regional and global campuses. Lead the review and improvement of enrollment management processes for a global network of campuses ensuring adherence to university policies best practices and all relevant regulations specific to each campus location (including GDPR FERPA and other data privacy regulations).
C) Assessment & Improvement:
Assess and analyze admissions financial aid and student services data to identify enrollment trends streamline processes and improve customer service. Leverage data management principles data visualization tools and business intelligence solutions to ensure data accuracy and streamline administrative processes for a seamless student experience. Lead the development of a comprehensive risk assessment document for Enrollment Management. Work with University leadership and cross-functional partners to identify and document current risks and associated mitigation strategies.
D) Leadership:
Provide strategy and guidance to key stakeholders who are responsible for and reliant on systems compliance and assessment. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment that prioritizes business continuity and scalable solutions. Partner with the AVP of Strategic Enrollment Initiatives to build a scalable enrollment technology strategy that supports a global network of campuses. Mentors and coaches other team members. Reviews work of other team members and provide performance feedback.
Domestic and/or international travel to global network of campuses required 10% of the time.
Job Requirements: Requires a Masters degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Project Management Information Technology Business Administration or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in enrollment management systems and operations in a higher education setting.
Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following skills (experience may be gained concurrently):
Demonstrated experience working with enrollment systems such as: Slate or Banner.
Demonstrated experience working with higher education financial systems such as: PowerFaids Banner Finance CashNet or CIBC.
Demonstrated experience working with student information systems (SIS) such as Ellucian Banner.
Demonstrated experience analyzing admissions financial aid and student services data using data management principles data visualization tools (such as Tableau) and other business intelligence solutions.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with and leading cross functional teams.
40 hours/week 9:00am-5:00pm.

Pay Range:
The offered salary for this role is $185619.00/yearWith the pay range(s) shown above the starting salary will depend on several factors which may include your education experience location knowledge and expertise and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
