Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a Quality Coordinator to work out of our Corporate Office in Chicago IL or out of our Regional Office in Atlanta GA.

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of duties supporting the corporate Quality Program including data analysis curating documents to enhance the companys lesson sharing and process improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop standard operating procedures bulletins and other lesson sharing documents
  • Ensure information is properly catalogued and curated
  • Updating of templates examples and procedures based on shared best practices
  • Studies document management systems to develop best practice trainings
  • Create and maintain data visuals and dashboards in Power BI
  • Conduct trainings and provide troubleshooting support on document management and lesson sharing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of company policies procedures and best practices
  • Other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous document control experience and process improvement processes is helpful
  • Some general construction knowledge is helpful
  • Self-starter who thrives with periodic change
  • Self-educator and learns from experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer savvy with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Power BI and SharePoint
  • Salary Range: $67000 - $100000/Yr.

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors including but not limited to: training transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and other benefits.
