- A portfolio showing leadership in product design creative problem-solving and team collaboration.

- Proficiency in Sketch Figma Photoshop Keynote and other design tools.
- Track record of solving complex interaction problems across platforms.
- Understanding of inclusive design and accessibility with a desire to keep learning.
- Experience designing tools or software for professionals.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Passion for Apple products and customer experience.
- Experience designing enterprise tools especially for complex data and business workflows.
- Ability to lead with a design-first vision that aligns with both user needs and business goals.
- Proven success in building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Self-driven able to work independently while maintaining high design standards.
- Experience designing scalable tools that deliver excellent user experiences for professionals.
- Ability to adapt design strategies based on business goals user feedback and technical needs.
