What Youll Do

  • Lead local and regional growth by combining innovative and proven sales strategies.

  • Identify pursue and win new business opportunities through networking conferences social media strategic outreach and cold calling.

  • Build deep relationships with decision-makersfrom C-suite to hiring managersby understanding their unique hiring challenges.

  • Develop and execute winning sales plans that deliver measurable revenue growth.

  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure flawless delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Represent our brand at industry events in-person meetings and across professional networks.

  • Provide clear actionable reporting on pipeline health wins and revenue forecasts.

What You Bring

  • 5 years of success in consultative B2B sales including 3 years in business development for technology staffing SOW or MSP consulting.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a full-cycle BD role.

  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to sell at the executive level and tailor strategies to win competitive deals.

  • Skilled in a variety of prospecting methods from cold calling to LinkedIn outreach to face-to-face networking.

  • Highly organized self-motivated and driven to succeed.
