Job Description

About the Role:
This is a key role for the Council to help meet its statutory duties under the Care Act. The post holder will work within the Commissioning Contract and Quality Team of Adult health and Care supporting the Community Care Market.
About the Candidate:
The postholder will be required to take responsibility on specific areas of work and activity across the full commissioning cycle. This will include active provider contract management as well as supporting the team with key commissions with support from the Senior Management Team. The role will involve working collaboratively with multiple partners internal and external to the Council such as NHS Partners Public Health Housing Legal Procurement and the Integrated Commissioning Board (ICB).
