Job Description
We are AIDA a recruitment technology-based employee search. For our client we are looking for a Backend Developer () who is ready to join the team. This is a great opportunity for those who want to grow professionally while contributing to exciting and evolving projects.
As a Backend Developer you will be responsible for building new functionality optimizing existing code participating in Agile ceremonies and working closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts designers testers and account managers. The role includes interaction with clients and opportunities to take part in technical interviews.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience with : 2 years
- Python: 1 year of experience
- Database knowledge: SQL and NoSQL
- API development: REST and/or GraphQL
- Understanding of project architecture and business logic
- Experience with Git and Jira
- Familiarity with SCRUM Lean principles
- Strong communication skills and client interaction experience
- Experience in code review and writing unit/integration tests
Soft Skills
- Responsible and self-organized
- Open to feedback and flexible
- Client-oriented and communicative
- Eager to learn and grow
- Able to listen and clearly present ideas
Language
- English: Sufficient for communication with the client
- Ukrainian citizenship required
