The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will support and undertake research activities as part of a Centre team on a funded research project examining gender norms gaming influencers and tween boys. As part of the two-year project the Postdoctoral Research Fellow will play a key role in supporting the production of high quality and impactful outputs and the execution of the funding agreement. They will be required to undertake research activities in line with the scoped project and as directed by the research team. The position will carry out independent and/or team research that is impactful and will generate new knowledge on the topic of the project. The Research Fellow will embed their research expertise into the life of the Centre through the ongoing dissemination of the project across RMIT and with local and national internal and external partners.

About the College
As one of the largest Business Schools in the Asia Pacific region the College of Business and Law is comprised of five schools four in Melbourne and one in Vietnam - delivering a broad range of programs in Business ranging from Certificates up to PHD levels. The Centre for Organisations and Social Change (COSC) is an interdisciplinary research centre based in the College of Business and Law at RMIT University.
Centre members conduct research into the ways private public and not-for-profit organisations can develop and drive business agendas that promote transformative social change for the inclusion and wellbeing of all. Through a focus on applied and impact driven research COSC researchers examine contemporary business policy and societal challenges to find evidence-based solutions to create inclusive equitable and thriving organisations.
The Centres four research themes focus specifically on driving social change within and through organisations to advance gender equality multicultural inclusion health and wellbeing and positive ageing.
With over 70 academic members the Centre promotes a vibrant research environment that spans early career mid-career and established researchers whilst supporting higher degree by research students.
