Youllplay a key role in building our product offering forindustrial and commercial clients such as manufacturing businesses large facilities and energy-intensive industries helping them better manageprocure andoptimizetheir energy use.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a new business unit within a fast-moving startup with the resources of an established product data and engineering team behind you.

RABOT Energy is at a turning point our consumer products have gained strong traction andwereready to bring our energyexpertiseto the industrial market. This role is an opportunity todefine what B2B means at RABOT from the ground up with high autonomy strategic impact and a clear path for growth.

Your Impact
  • Own the product visionfor our industrial B2B offerings from early discovery to scaling mature solutions
  • Translate the needs ofEnergy Managers procurement teams and industrial clients into powerful user-centric energy tools
  • Work closely withSalesCustomer Success andOperationsto deeply understand customer problems and co-design solutions
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to build and iterate on high-impact features
  • Define and track key success metrics from customer satisfaction to adoption and business KPIs
  • Lead customer interviews site visits and workshops to inform product strategy
  • Represent the product vision internally and externally from aligning stakeholders to presenting to leadership
  • Help shape the structure and roadmap of our new B2B product unit
What can you bring

    • 5 yearsof product management experience ideally in theenergyutilities orindustrial softwarespace
    • Strong knowledge ofindustrial energy markets customer pain points and how energy delivery works in practice
    • Comfortable engaging directly withcorporate clientsandEnergy Managers
    • Commercial mindset: you can think like a customer but also like a salesperson
    • Experience building B2B or enterprise SaaS tools (bonus for billing contract management or usage analytics features)
    • Highly structured and self-driven able to navigate ambiguity and lead initiatives independently
    • Excellent communication skills fluent in both German and English (German C1required)
    • Based in or willing torelocatetoHamburg

What success looks like (612 months):

  • Youveconducted in-depth discovery with multiple industrial clients and helped shape the first iteration of our B2B energy product
  • Youvealigned internal teams (engineering sales operations) around a shared B2B roadmap
  • Youvelaunched a pilot product or servicethatsalready being used by real industry customers
  • Youve laid the foundations for a scalable B2B offering with feedback loops adoption metrics and a clear product strategy
