What You Will Get To Do:
- Execute operations activities including but not limited to transaction processing tax payments and account maintenance timely with extreme accuracy
- Input and maintain and update client data in InnoTrust InnoPay and other systems
- Process cash wire ACH check securities and other financial transactions
- Perform account and bank reconciliations; research and resolve out-of-balances
- Manage personal workload assist teammates and escalate issues when needed
- Adhere to documented processes to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with clients internal departments vendors and partners
- Collaborate with client relationship teams to resolve client issues
- Provide timely user support and follow-up on client service requests
- Draft review and update internal policies and procedures
- Assist in audits by gathering and organizing required data
- Participate in internal projects as needed
What You Will Bring:
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy within strict deadlines
- Willingness to challenge and improve current processes
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
Preferred Experience:
- Financial services experience including reconciliation shadow posting processing cash and securities transactions
- Knowledge of trust operations financial markets securities or retirement industries
- InnoTrust BlackDiamond Advent ACD InnoPay SQL
