Nursing Home Manager

Salary: Up to 65000

Are you an experienced and driven Nursing Home Manager looking to lead a team to excellence

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for a Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established care home with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality person-centred care. If youre passionate about driving standards achieving excellent CQC ratings and inspiring teams this could be your next big opportunity.

What Were Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin (essential)
  • A strong track record as a Registered Home Manager with experience in turning around services and achieving Good or Outstanding CQC inspection results
  • In-depth understanding of health and social care regulations safeguarding and compliance
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team
  • Financial and operational acumen including budget management and resource planning
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional standards of elderly care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong compassionate leadership to the care and nursing teams
  • Ensure the delivery of safe person-centred care that meets individual needs
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee day-to-day operations staffing rotas and financial performance
  • Lead on recruitment training and staff development to build a motivated high-performing team
  • Foster strong relationships with residents families and local stakeholders to enhance the homes community reputation
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans audits and risk assessments
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance across all areas of the service
