Overview:
The CPQ Product Enablement Analyst is pivotal in assisting in the deployment and optimization of new & existing offers to our global quoting and ordering tool to empower our sales force to sell more and sell faster. This role will support initiatives aimed at enabling and launching offers across various MSI portfolios.
Assist in the implementation of new Mobile Video and Software products into core selling platforms including CPQ and Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) by supporting project launch activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product Product Orderability Finance IT and Operations to support the execution of enablement-centered projects.
Support the design of new solutions by helping to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and developing an understanding of go-to-market processes.
Contribute to the creation of test scenarios and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to help identify system bugs and ensure functionality meets business expectations.
Support business readiness for new launches by assisting with the creation of process documentation training materials and change management communications.
Contribute to initiatives focused on improving tool adoption streamlining processes and increasing operational efficiency for the Sales team.
Bachelors Degree
2 years experience in one or more of the following: Product Planning Sales or Business Operations
Project Management experience strongly preferred
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to work under short deadlines
Self-motivated and able to operate with limited direction in a fast-paced project-driven environment
Ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships to build consensus with cross-functional teams such as regional sales operations channel operations IT Software Enterprise Services Drop Ship Legal Marketing Finance Presales Order Management Post Sales Supply Chain and Credit
Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience working with Oracle CPQ ERP systems Salesforce CRM and other Business Operations IT applications a plus
Experience working with the Mobile Video catalog is a plus.
Bachelors Degree
2 years of product planning sales operations sales and/or IT experience
