Job Description

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and ensuring the integrity of financial data. This role is crucial in supporting financial operations assisting with budget tracking and preparing financial reports. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with accounting software reconciling accounts and managing invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts including fixed assets accruals prepayments and intercompany transactions bank statements and payment gateway.
  • Manage Fixed asset accounting Cost Accumulation Asset book/tax record creation depreciation calculations asset depreciation retirement/ impairment value/ sale & trade of asset recording etc.
  • Perform month-end accounting activities including reconciliations journals entries accruals.
  • Ensure to complete all pre-paid provision and accrued expenses into GL.
  • Manage and control all matters related to bookkeeping and Trial Balance.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions including membership fees personal training income merchandise sales leasing and other revenue streams.
  • Assist in preparation of month-end reports Report Package and Deferred Revenue to HQ.
  • Prepare VAT and WHT report and submission online monthly basis.
  • Record Fixed Asset Depreciation and amortization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or any related fields.
  • Experience: 1-5 years in General Ledger accounting with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
  • Experience working with gym memberships sales and service-based revenue models is a strong plus.
  • Experienced in Xero or any accounting software.
  • Strong Thai Tax knowledge is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Attention to details Detailed-orientated.
  • Good command of English (Written and spoken)
