Job Summary:
This position is for a CT Technologist in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. The technologist will perform a high volume of CT scans on a variety of patients including trauma patients and those undergoing Code Stroke procedures. The role requires proficiency in various CT scan procedures and the use of Siemens and GE scanners. Weekend availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Perform 150-200 CT scans daily.
- Operate Siemens and GE CT scanners.
- Perform CT procedures including abdomen pelvis head/neck chest spine musculoskeletal brain perfusion CTAs and multiplanar reconstruction.
- Work with a variety of patient populations (infants pediatrics adolescents adults and geriatrics).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Manage a high volume of patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize EPIC and Visage systems.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Experience with Siemens and GE scanners.
- Experience with inpatient ER and adult ICU settings.
- Experience with abdomen pelvis head/neck chest spine musculoskeletal brain perfusion CTAs and multiplanar reconstruction procedures.
- BLS certification.
- ARRT(R)(CT) certification.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Outpatient experience.
- IV starts experience.
- PACS and Visage experience.
- Contrast experience.
Special Considerations:
- Fast-paced emergency department environment.
- High patient volume (8-12 patients per 8-hour shift).
- Weekend work is mandatory (Friday Saturday and Sunday).
- No weekend RTO allowed.
- No RTO allowed after booking.
- Shift times are 19:45 - 08:15 (12-hour night shifts).
- Staffing varies by shift (4-5 techs on first shift 2-3 on second 1 on third 2 on weekends).
- Some trauma experience required.
Scheduling:
- 12-hour night shifts (19:45 - 08:15).
- Friday Saturday and Sunday schedule.
- No weekend or additional RTO allowed.
