Job Description

Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment producing cross-sectional images of patients bones organs and tissue that are used to diagnose medical conditions. Performs a variety of imaging procedures not limited to CT including general radiography and Bed Count: 1 Rad Room 1 Radiology/Fluoroscopy Room 1 CT 1 MRI 2 Ultrasound Rooms 1 ECHO Room 1 DEXA Room 1 Mammo RoomStaffing Ratios:Days 1:9-10 Nights 1: 2-3 - with backup call from time swing shift tech leaves (9 p.m. or 1030 p.m.) until 630 1:5 - backup call Friday 800 p.m. to Monday 630 Requirements:Call Required: NoFloat Required: NoWeekend Coverage: Will cover when a tech is offScheduling Type: Scheduled by manager based on needDocumentation System: CernerSupport:IV Teams: Techs start their IVs Lift Teams: House supervisor and ED will help with lifting during off hours Transportation: No Unit Secretary: Day shift hours and Saturday Scrubs: Any color. If going to the OR scrubs are provided
