Lead the future of swine health and hygiene in the U.S.
Are you ready to take the lead in transforming how top producers manage hygiene and health As Swine Division Director youll set the strategic direction manage key accounts build a high-performing team and expand full-service solutions like HyCare across the country.
Your mission Accelerate growth build deep partnerships and lead the way in smarter livestock hygiene.
What are you going to do
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the U.S. swine division.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and national producers.
- Expand our customer base and drive adoption of HyCare as a full-service solution.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team focused on customer success and implementation.
- Oversee ROI-driven demos and programs that showcase measurable improvements.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies and innovation.
- Represent client at major events industry networks and customer forums.
What we are looking for
- 5 years in the swine industry from production to commercial strategy.
- Leadership experience (or potential) in areas such as sales operations or business development.
- Proven track record in key account management and business development.
- Strong communicator with technical commercial and strategic insight.
- A team builder with a vision for long-term customer partnerships.
- Passion for biosecurity innovation and customer-centric growth.
