Job Description
- Position: Mammography Technologist (Mammo Tech)
- Location: 391A NSH/Marietta Imaging (No local candidates within 50 miles)
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Department: Outpatient Imaging
- Services Provided: CT MRI x-ray fluoroscopy bone density ultrasound and screening/diagnostic mammograms
- Minimum Experience: 2 years in mammography specialty
- Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification
- Responsibilities:
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms
- Collaborate with imaging team to provide other radiology services as needed
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Adhere to departmental protocols and regulatory standards
