Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support SAP SF and SAP SF-Support. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR Finance IT and vendor management teams to gather requirements analyze SAP SF processes support system implementation or enhancements Key Responsibilities: SAP SF Support Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and validate business requirements. Analyze and map current SAP SF processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities. Assist in designing and specifying system configurations to meet business and compliance needs. Facilitate the testing process by creating test cases coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documenting results. Support change management including training materials and user onboarding for SAP SF systems. Monitor implementation to ensure solutions meet performance and compliance expectations. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clarity and successful execution.
