Job Description
Job Title: IMS Cloud Network Test/LAB Engineer
Location: Bellevue WA (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Set up maintain and manage lab environments simulating production network conditions.
Conduct integration functional regression and performance testing for IMS/VoLTE/5G services.
Work closely with engineering teams to validate virtual and containerized network functions (VNFs/CNFs).
Troubleshoot network service issues using protocol analyzers and diagnostic tools.
Automate testing workflows using scripting tools and frameworks.
Document detailed test plans procedures and results to support quality assurance and deployment readiness.
Ensure the reliability and scalability of IMS solutions across 4G and 5G environments.
Required Skills and Experience:
Hands-on experience with IMS Core components (CSCF SBC MGC MGW).
Strong understanding of VoLTE VoWiFi and 5G Voice services.
Familiarity with cloud and container platforms (OpenStack Kubernetes Docker).
In-depth knowledge of network protocols: SIP RTP Diameter TCP/IP.
Proficient with tools such as Wireshark QXDM Spirent and IXIA.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware KVM.
Scripting skills in Python Bash or Shell for automation.
Experience with EPC 4G/5G core networks and related architecture.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
