Job Details:
Role: SITE HSES MANAGER
Location: Dresden Hamburg
Mode of Hiring: 1or 2 Year contract with AMM Enterprise
Working time: 10 hours/day 5 days/week (possibility to work Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Promote 12 Life Saving Rules across site operations
- Advise Site Manager on reprimanding subcontractors violating HSES rules
- Ensure subcontractors comply with E&C Europe HSES plan local regulations and client site rules
- Co-validate subcontractors' risk assessments plans and compliance documentation
- Validate tools/equipment compliance to local or E&C safety requirements
- Ensure safety briefings for high-risk operations (excavations confined space lifting etc.)
- Monitor chemical handling and on-site housekeeping
- Run Safety Meetings prepare MoM and follow-up on action points
- Manage work permits: Safe Work Permit Confined Space X-ray Pneumatic Hydraulic Lifting Plan
- Participate in coordination meetings with subcontractors
- Conduct regular audits report unsafe conditions and suggest mitigation actions
- Stop work authority: Intervene in unsafe operations
- Provide specific worker trainings (Toolbox Talks permits confined space etc.)
- Implement and update site-specific HSES & Emergency Response Plans
- Keep daily logs (safe/unsafe acts) escalate to management and suggest corrective actions
- Audit subcontractor documents: JSAs permits incident reports equipment checks training records
Deliverables expected:
- Full compliance with E&C standards legal regulations
- Strong field coordination and documentation oversight
- Daily reports and close follow-up of observations
