Our preschool programoffered free to familiesnurtures the growth and development of children ages 3 to 5 years old providing nutritious meals engaging experiences and a strong educational Youll Do:As a Lead Teacher youll take the lead in a classroom of up to 15 children guiding their social emotional and academic growth through developmentally appropriate practices grounded in The Creative Curriculum. Youll work in close partnership with a dedicated Teacher Assistant to create a warm inclusive and stimulating and ensure the safety well-being and dignity of every child every and implement dynamic lesson plans tailored to your students a clean well-organized and inviting classroom in line with ECERS-3 developmental progress and conduct quarterly parent cultural diversity and create a learning space that reflects our pride in your classroominside and outensuring its always with families staff and the Trenton Board of Education to support each childs You Bring:A Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldP-3 or N-8 or CE/CEAS Certification requiredA minimum of 1 year of relevant classroom experienceKnowledge of Creative Curriculum and ECERS/ECERS-3Strong communication organization and collaboration skillsExperience in Abbott-funded classrooms is a plusA love for children and a passion for helping them thrive!Why Join MillhillAt Millhill youre not just taking a jobyoure joining a mission.
