Job Description
What youll do:
As the Analytics Lead - Enablement you will champion the strategic use of data across the organization driving insights innovation and measurable impact. Youll lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance data capabilities governance and product development while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. This is your opportunity to grow at the intersection of Data Digital Product Technology and human behavioral changeplaying a pivotal role in shaping the future of a leading digital marketplace.
- Define and evolve analytical approaches to drive insights into customer behaviour and product performance on our digital platforms while nurturing commercial partnerships and recognising commercial impact.
- Oversee the creation and lifecycle of end-to-end data products and solutions taking into account market opportunities and business impact
- Drive data governance and data platform strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver measurable improvements in data collection usage and application across teams and products.
- Translate medium-term plans into quarterly OKRs for execution by smaller teams.
- Partner across departments to align data initiatives with business goals and provide analytical leadership.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
- Proven experience in data strategy analytics and enablement within digital or tech-driven environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Skilled in data governance data platforms including BI statistical modeling and tools like SQL Python Snowflake Tableau etc.
- Experienced in delivering complex data solutions within cross-functional teams and navigating trade-offs.
- Proficient in data visualization and storytelling to drive behavioral change and smarter decision-making.
- The ability to develop and maintain a growth mindset coupled with the skill to share and demonstrate examples of innovative ideas and creative approaches
