Job Description

Job Summary

Provide Teaching Assistant support to course directors in the PMPH Division of the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and Professional Studies (Medical Microanatomy or IHS Scientific Writing)

Essential Functions

  • Excellent people skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and telephone skills
  • Provide course support to program directors (IMS/MBS/MMS/PMED)
  • Former IMS/DPMS/MBS student

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Masters Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Well-developed presentation skills are required
  • Ability to build relationships with students
  • Professional attire and personal presentation required daily.

Physical Demands

  • Typically sitting at a desk/table

Location

  • University City - Philadelphia PA

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time casual position classified as offered pay is based on the successful candidates qualifications and experience departmentbudget and an internal equity review.
