Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Mid-Ohio Food Collective (MOFC) is looking for a Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) Specialist to provide customer service and administrative support for our CSFP participants.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct customer support for CSFP participants.
- Provide administrative support including data entry managing spreadsheets tracking monthly participation and reports.
- Communicate directly with CSFP senior customers to field inquiries about CSFP delivery options and provide referrals and ongoing support to CSFP customers
- Ensure application processing and renewal for CSFP customers according to federal guidelines ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with CSFP Manager to support onsite delivery program.
- Provide program information/statistics on time and in the proper reporting format.
- Assist with data analysis and identifying trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of college or technical degree preferred. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
Skills/Competencies: Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail. Proficiency in MSOffice software programs particularly around spreadsheets and the capacity to learn new software systems.
JOB CONDITIONS:
The position is fully remote but requires frequent travel to sites. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
