Overview
Are you a career changer or a student Are you passionate about digital tools and want to support equal access to education

The ReDI Digital Literacy Program is seeking a Program Assistant to join our team. Help empower women and FINTA (female inter non-binary trans and agender) individuals with essential digital skills.

Start date: September 2025

Working hours: Up to 10 hours/week; 6 hours on Saturdays in-person and 4 hours during the week

Work location: Munich

Contract: Mini-job temporary
Your mission
Collaborate with the Digital Literacy Program (DLP) team to ensure smooth planning organization and development of our program with a particular focus on student services.
Your tasks

  • Manage classes and support students throughout their learning journey.

  • Ensure Saturday classes run smoothly by assisting both students and teachers in-person or online.

  • Tutor students in computer skills at the German B1/2 language level.

  • Assist with career services activities as well as with the recruitment and onboarding of new students.

  • Collaborate with the DLP team to create engaging activities and learning materials.

  • Provide general support for program tasks and student services following program goals and timelines.


Your profile

We are looking for someone to strengthen our team:

  • You are a team player with strong social skills.

  • You are well organized.

  • You speak German and English
    (Bonus: Arabic Kurdish or Persian skills are welcome)

  • You have experience working with Microsoft Office and /or Google Workspace

  • You have the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

  • You have an interest in digital inclusion
