St. Johns College of Nursing is seeking an Academic Records Specialist to join our team. The Academic Records Specialist position supports the maintenance and compliance of student records in the student information system. This role provides support to students and colleagues in matters related to registration procedures and records requirements. The Academic Records Specialist helps process requests and supports the Registrars Office in adherence to all federal state and institutional regulations including compliance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) and maintaining accreditation standards.
Position Specifics:
Schedule: Full time 40 hrs/wk Monday-Friday
Location: 4 days/week on-site at St. Johns College 1 day/week remote

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associates degree or bachelors degree in education business information technology or related field is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- 1 year experience in a higher education student services or an administrative role in a health care setting is required.

Pay Range:
$20.50 - $29.75
A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
