Now were looking for a Business Banking Growth Partnerships Lead to join us and shape the next chapter.
As our first Business Banking Growth Partnerships Lead youll play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth targets. With 1 in 6 new businesses applying for a Monzo Business account were now setting our sights on the switcher market.
Youll lead the charge in identifying and developing strategic partnerships to expand our footprint in the switcher segment and create pathways for sustainable growth. Youll also help define the frameworks we use to assess and manage partners - delivering value to customers and finding new ways to distribute our products.
Youll work with our existing portfolio of partners and take ownership of building out a business banking partnerships team.
