In this full-time role youll build up and lead a team of project managers with diverse profiles shape strategic initiatives and bring in fresh impulsesfrom partnerships and events to creator relations. Together with the Head of Marketing and fellow Team Leads youll drive brand loyalty grow engagement and make sure our community doesnt just follow usbut feels truly connected.

YOUR ROLE

• Build and lead a team of experts from hiring and onboarding to continuous feedback and helping them grow in their roles

• Plan and execute events like trade fairs workshops and community formats

• Build strategic relationships with creators and partners like STIHL to grow our brand reach

• Own our website and SEO strategy to drive traffic and engagement

• Strengthen our community online and in person across the European trades industry

• Align closely with Sales Product and other Marketing Leads to drive shared goals

• Track key metrics like MQLs and brand awareness and act on insights from Looker Studio & Co

Are you a Match

Must-haves:

• 5 years of experience in planning and executing large-scale events and managing multiple stakeholders preferably within a fast-paced environment

• First experience in functional leadership or coaching of team members

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate push and enable team members align stakeholders and scale output

• Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for community engagement brand awareness and partnerships

• A strong creative mindset and strategic thinking with a highly committed problem-solving mindset and the willingness to go the extra mile

• Strong interest and capability in leveraging AI tools to streamline and automate workflows

• C1 Level in German and English

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush)

• Hands-on experience with no-code tools (e.g. Webflow SEO-friendly websites)
