The successful candidate will combine technical expertise solution-based selling and strong relationship management to expand our customer base and exceed revenue goals.
Prospect and acquire new clients through field visits referrals cold calling and digital outreach.
Present and demonstrate biomedical products to healthcare professionals with a focus on clinical relevance and ROI.
Negotiate pricing close deals and manage the sales process from pitch to payment.
Achieve and surpass monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Explain features benefits and usage of biomedical equipment to non-technical clients.
Recommend products based on diagnostic or clinical needs.
Supervise delivery installation and staff training on product use.
Provide basic post-sales troubleshooting and client support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers biomedical engineers doctors and decision-makers.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales service and responsiveness.
Coordinate with internal support teams for delivery service and warranty issues.
Stay informed about competitors emerging technologies and pricing shifts.
Submit timely market feedback and sales performance reports.
Maintain up-to-date CRM entries prospect pipelines and follow-up schedules.
Proven track record in B2B sales preferably in medical/technical sales
Solid understanding of biomedical or diagnostic equipment
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Confidence in product demonstrations and technical discussions
Self-driven with effective time and territory management skills
Customer-focused mindset with excellent follow-through
