Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Designer who can translate complex user needs into clean intuitive digital experiences. With over 2 years of hands-on experience the ideal candidate should be highly skilled in UX documentation user research and design strategy. You ll be a key player in shaping the user journey from start to finish across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research usability testing and data analysis to identify key insights and opportunities
Design and document user journeys personas empathy maps sitemaps and workflows
Collaborate with UI designers product managers developers and stakeholders to define and enhance user-centric solutions
Apply design thinking principles to solve user challenges creatively
Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
Advocate for user-centric design across the product lifecycle
Stay informed on emerging UX and AI trends to drive innovation and best practices
Ensure clarity consistency and accessibility across all user-facing touchpoints
Required Skills
2 years of UX design experience in a professional setting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Strong documentation skills with a portfolio showcasing UX artifacts (e.g. user flows personas prototypes)
Experience in conducting and interpreting user research
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Familiarity with Agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration
Stay updated with UX trends tools and technologies
Nice to have
Exposure to advanced tools for AI-driven UX insights or prototyping
Comfort with data-driven UX tools (Hotjar Maze Mixpanel)
