Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Business Advisory team in Madrid (ES) or Barcelona (ES).
This position will suit a highly motivated engineer student to consolidate their career within the leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets joining a successful team with exceptional Multinational clients.
Our ideal candidate will have technical background and good personal soft skills with innovative digital orientation and technology/data centers interest. Will be part of our Project Delivery and Performance team reporting to Sr Project Delivery & Performance Manager.
Role Accountabilities
Support in:
- Analysis and monitoring of project financial and operational KPIs.
- Assistance in the planning of project resources and costs.
- Assistance during the execution phase and project control in the ERP.
- Support for the implementation of The Arcadis Way procedures and tools.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Masters degree in Industrial Engineering (ongoing studies).
- Full professional English and (reading writing and speaking) is a must.
- Timely delivery consistency and quality of deliverable to team and client expectations in compliance with our business quality systems.
- Engagement with and adoption of the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values.
