Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent located in Fishers IN. The Project Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day construction activities on the job site ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include scheduling managing subcontractors maintaining quality control and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The Project Superintendent will also be responsible for coordinating with clients architects and engineers to ensure that the project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Project management skills including scheduling and budget management
- Experience in managing subcontractors and construction teams
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination
- Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering plans
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Experience in custom home building is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field is preferred
