Objectives
- Provide comprehensive project planning and execution oversight for all phases of the project.
- Engage stakeholders across regions (APAC EMEA NAM LATAM) with at least weekly touchpoints.
- Deliver training and support for new packaging standards.
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes through hypercare.
- Design and implement a new operating model (process roles RACI KPIs).
- Establish a data governance framework to track MOC/CPQ adherence.
Scope of Work
In Scope:
- Project planning tracking and risk management using Smartsheet templates.
- Stakeholder engagement via weekly core team meetings and integration into CCLO F-steer and E-steer Co forums.
- Communication and change management planning and execution.
- Operating model and data governance framework design.
- Training development and delivery.
- Documentation of business-led test scenarios in collaboration with IT.
- Hypercare support post go-live.
Out of Scope:
- Technical design of packaging standards.
- Supplier negotiations or contractual changes.
