Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Vancouver (Hybrid in office 2 days per week)
Full-time (40 hrs per week)

Are you ready to launch your career in tech sales with a fast-moving team that supports higher education Comm100 is looking for a positive results-driven Internal Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. Youll be the first point of contact for prospective customers playing a critical role in growing our client base through high-volume outbound calling and lead qualification.
What Youll Do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Clearly communicate the value of our product and schedule meetings with key decision-makers
- Prospect qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads through phone email and other channels
- Collaborate with the sales marketing and product teams to refine messaging and strategy
- Think on your feet to identify opportunities overcome objections and build long-term relationships
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and conversion metrics
What Were Looking For:
- 1-2 years in a BDR SDR Sales or customer-facing role (internships or part-time roles count!)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - especially over the phone and email
- A positive self-starting attitude with a no barriers mindset - you see only opportunities not obstacles
- Ability to grasp and articulate the value of SaaS technologies to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable using CRM systems Microsoft Office and other sales tools
- A team player who loves connecting with people and building relationships
