Essential Job Duties:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to the behavioral health staff including therapistscounselors and community psychiatric supportive treatment staff. Review and when appropriate sign-off on client visit notes.
• Provide direct client services as expected per service area or location.
• Clinical Managers participate in 24/7 call coverage equitably with the Director of Behavioral Health and the Chief of Behavioral Health where needed.
• Ensure that the behavioral health department complies with all relevant laws regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Implement quality assurance measures and monitor the effectiveness of services provided.

Supervisory Duties:

• Counselors: Counselor in Training (CT)LPC; LPCC; LSW; LISW
• Clinical Support staff: CDCA QMHS CPST

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Graduate of a master level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
• Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
• Experience as a counselor preferably in the community clinic setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
