Employment Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $80000 - $120000

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the stores workflow effectively and efficiently.
Identify any critical customer issues and develop a plan of action for the day.
Supervise and direct service employees.
Effectively manage a high volume of work.
Ensure that all carry-over vehicles have a plan to completion.
Requirements:
Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
