About You: We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter which could grow into a Full-Time role who will be responsible for identifying attracting and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings.
Responsibilities:
- Use social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook TikTok X/Twitter etc.) to proactively identify and engage potential field and office candidates.
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR to develop and execute recruitment-focused content and campaigns that promote the company culture and values.
- Write compelling job descriptions to be posted on Applicant Pro job boards and social platforms.
- Engage with online and in-person communities.
- Review resumes and assess candidates qualifications. Submit recommendations of viable candidates to HR and hiring managers for initial interviews.
- Conduct initial phone interviews. Set up testing for advancing candidates.
- Track and report sourcing metrics social engagement and campaign effectiveness to aid in refining outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of recruiting experience ideally in a fast-paced or construction environment.
- Computer/digital literate with strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through traditional methods and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools preferred.
- Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and employer branding.
- Experience with graphic design tools or basic video editing for social posts a plus.
- Prior experience in content creation or digital marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics LinkedIn Insights etc.) preferred.
