The Treasury Analyst supports the Treasury Manager with capital raising activities managing warehouse facility renewals and compliance deliverables. This role also assists with interest rate risk management and works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support the companys funding strategy and execution.
The Treasury Analyst will be a key member of the Treasury team and will be responsible for a variety of assignments and deliverables including:
Support the execution of public and private term funding transactions for JMFE and World Omni as well as the renewal of existing warehouse and revolving bank facilities
Review and validate accounting and financial reports before distribution to external stakeholders related to funding programs.
Support cash flow forecasting liquidity planning and other treasury-related financial modeling as needed.
Execute trades and funding transactions in coordination with investment banks and financial institutions.
Support the preparation of presentations for external/internal parties including but not limited to: corporate rating presentations presentations for public bond issuances investor presentations annual JMFE Financial Conference and other presentations
Various ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
Understanding of financial concepts (time value of money capital structure cost of capital return on equity interest rate risk liquidity risk etc.)
Familiarity with financial statement analysis
Ability to read and interpret complex legal agreements
Strong organizational analytical and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated /self-starter comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and tight deadlines
Experience with capital markets / structured finance a plus
