Job Description
Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required. Successful background check required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Working knowledge of lawn care and grounds maintenance knowledge of department equipment ability to safely work with cleaning products and mechanical machinery ability to repair and maintain custodial and grounds maintenance equipment and HVAC knowledge.
Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion respect responsibility self discipline and honesty.
Specific Tasks:
Replace HVAC unit filters and air conditioning filters perform boiler repair repair and maintain mechanical equipment (pneumatic toolsengines motorscompressorsetc) repair and maintain fans and roof top exhaust units and perform basic service on grounds equipment. Reports to head custodian. See the job description for additional information.
Hours Per Day:
8.0 hours per day
6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Monday-Friday
