Job Description

Viome has the worlds largest mRNA gene expression database.
Our direct-to-consumer service analyzes gene expressions (mRNA) in order to provide individuals with health insights and precision nutrition to live a healthier life. This platform of 700000 samples enables us to enhance our understanding of human biology as a system in order to develop predictive biomarkers precision diagnostics and precision therapeutics to prevent and intercept chronic diseases.
As a Health Specialist at Viomes Bellevue office and part of the Clinical Nutrition Team you will conduct group sessions and meet one-on-one with Viome customers to review their results help them identify their health goals provide action steps to implement their plans and more!
You will be a key member of our Clinical Nutrition Translational Science team focused on translating the rich omic data insights into food and supplement recommendations and clinical trial intervention design.

Responsibilities
- As part of the Clinical Nutrition Team you will assist with projects including research validation of product logic and content clinical trials supplement and biotic formulations and creating/validating AI logic for our Viome Precision Nutrition Programs.
- Assist in developing our robust AI digital coaching and empowerment programs- Coach customers (DTC customers and Corporate Program customers) via phone video text/chat etc.
- Understand and interpret Viome results for customers
- Educate customers on the importance of a personalized healthy diet and precision supplements
- Help customers set action steps to implement their Viome nutrition plan
- Upsell Viome products
- Support content creation for marketing and education
- Contribute to and participate in marketing educational webinars
- Support Viome Customer Experience with triage and response to customer-related questions/concerns related to the Viome Precision Nutrition Program
Qualifications
- MS or higher degree in nutrition biology or related field
- REQUIRED: Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certified by the American Nutrition Association (NBC-HWC would be an additional plus)- 3 Years Experience in Health Coaching
- Experience in motivational interviewing and behavior change
- Experience in Sales Dietary Supplements Healthie and Jira software is a plus-Familiar with utilizing LLMs like ChatGPT or others
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong skills in working with spreadsheets including formulas data tracking and organization

$95000 - $115000 a year
