Job Summary

Position: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Valencia Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

Note: Candidates outside of Spain will not be entertained!!!


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Map and document workflows to support operational and compliance processes.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base content for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Create standardized templates and automated responses to enhance efficiency.
  • Define performance metrics and establish regular reporting structures.
  • Prepare concise presentations informational materials and communication content for various audiences.
  • Manage organize and structure data to support customer and compliance-related initiatives.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities and knowledge transfer for new team members.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native/fluent in English (C1) both verbally and written.
    • Background in customer experience and compliance ideally with knowledge of KYC/AML practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes by mapping workflows identifying gaps and producing clear documentation.
    • Proficiency with technology tools including automation templates macros and cloud-based systems.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience defining performance metrics interpreting data and presenting insights.
    • Excellent communication and content development abilities with experience creating FAQs sales materials and customer-facing resources.
    • Proven project management and onboarding experience including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives support new hires and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
