Position: Customer Service Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Map and document workflows to support operational and compliance processes.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base content for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Create standardized templates and automated responses to enhance efficiency.
- Define performance metrics and establish regular reporting structures.
- Prepare concise presentations informational materials and communication content for various audiences.
- Manage organize and structure data to support customer and compliance-related initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding activities and knowledge transfer for new team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in English (C1) both verbally and written.
- Background in customer experience and compliance ideally with knowledge of KYC/AML practices.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize processes by mapping workflows identifying gaps and producing clear documentation.
- Proficiency with technology tools including automation templates macros and cloud-based systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining performance metrics interpreting data and presenting insights.
- Excellent communication and content development abilities with experience creating FAQs sales materials and customer-facing resources.
- Proven project management and onboarding experience including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives support new hires and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
