Job Summary

Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based immigration law firm. We are seeking an Intake Specialist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of immigration law and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring a smooth intake process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather information regarding their immigration needs.
  • Understand and respond to inquiries related to various immigration processes such as adjustment of status asylum applications and work authorizations.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills to accurately capture client information and concerns.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach ensuring that clients feel comfortable and understood throughout the intake process.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to facilitate the transition of clients into the firms services.
  • Utilize technology effectively to document client interactions and manage case information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an immigration law firm or a similar role is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on closing deals and achieving client satisfaction.
