Job Summary
Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based immigration law firm. We are seeking an Intake Specialist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of immigration law and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring a smooth intake process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather information regarding their immigration needs.
- Understand and respond to inquiries related to various immigration processes such as adjustment of status asylum applications and work authorizations.
- Demonstrate active listening skills to accurately capture client information and concerns.
- Maintain a client-focused approach ensuring that clients feel comfortable and understood throughout the intake process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to facilitate the transition of clients into the firms services.
- Utilize technology effectively to document client interactions and manage case information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an immigration law firm or a similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on closing deals and achieving client satisfaction.
