ABOUT THE ROLE
Were looking for a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Senior Manager to join our Finance team and help drive our next phase of growth. Based remotely in Spain (ideally Barcelona) this key role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership providing deep financial insights and helping steer high-impact decisions across the business.

YOUR MISSION
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes providing in-depth analysis of financial performance and key business drivers.
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a key business partner to senior leadership providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives new business opportunities and investment decisions.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range planning scenario analysis and M&A activities.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reporting packages for the executive team and board of directors highlighting key trends risks and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic planning.
Requirements
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
Were looking for someone with a balance of hard and soft skills who can thrive in a dynamic cross-functional environment. Heres what wed love to see:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role.
- A background in investment banking corporate development or a similar role at a technology company is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in financial modeling forecasting and analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Qlik and SAP in particular).
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona is a plus though the position is fully remote within Spain.
