- Welcome patients and create a warm professional first impression at the front desk
- Manage appointment bookings coordinate the daily schedule assist patients over the phone and process payments
- Keep the reception area clean organised and presentable at all times
- Provide administrative support to the dental team ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
Qualifications :
- Main Reception role experience not essential full training provided
- Availability during weekdays and late nights with a flexible schedule
- Strong attention to detail excellent organisation and a proactive attitude
- Confident communicator with high-level customer service skills and a friendly professional manner
- Experience in reception or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous
