Job Description
Join Our Team: LPN Opportunity in Little Rock!
Shift: Monday through Friday 1pm - 9pm
Hourly Rate: $27-29/hr
About:Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The mission is to provide compassionate high-quality services that make a difference in the lives of our patients and their loved ones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans working closely with patients and their families
- Conduct thorough physical assessments identifying patient needs and developing targeted interventions
- Provide exceptional patient care ensuring compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Foster positive relationships with patients families and visitors delivering empathetic and supportive care
- Participate in ongoing education and development activities to stay current with best practices
- Current LPN licensure in Arkansas
- Successful completion of an accredited School of Practical Nursing program
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in behavioral health or psych
