Job Title: Automotive Detailer Team Lead
Location: Stuckey Automotive ON-SITE Bellefonte Service Location
Job Type: Full-Time defined as 40 Hours per week
Typical Hours of Work 8am- 5pm M-F
Pay Schedule Biweekly
Hourly Wages 18.00
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled leader for our Detail Team Lead position to enhance strategies; engage team and customers.

1. Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards following established protocols and guidelines.
-Be a hands-on leader coach by example hold team accountable have extreme ownership.
-Follow all processes to detail service vehicles.
-Follow guidelines set in Stuckey Automotive Employee Handbook.
-Verify the cleanliness and appearance of every used vehicle.
-Help detail production team as needed.
-Work closely with Service Manager and Detail Team.
-Shop order and restock all necessary products as needed.
-Assist to maintain the car wash wash bays and overhead doors used by department stores.
-Help to teach and train new hires.
-Immediately report body damage to Bellefonte Service Manager/ and Collision Manager.
-Continue to learn new products methods and tools as needed.
-Prioritize.
-Ensure a clean and safe working area.
-Empty all trash cans in work area daily.
-Help develop train and coach new employees.
-Ensure all team members are up to date on all mandatory training.
-Follow all Stuckey Automotive safety procedures and reporting practices.
-Conduct performance reviews with team and service manager on an as needed basis.
-Communicate with teams to solve problems.
2. Functions and Roles:
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
-Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to detailing and technology.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
-Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to industry regulations.
-Ensure Clean Safe work Area.
3. Technical Knowledge:
-Develop an in-depth understanding of automotive terminology and procedures to assist with efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with Team Members other departments staff to ensure the timely completion if needed.
Provide support during busy periods and need based items.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
School Diploma GED or Equivalent
