The Director US Tax Credit and Incentives is responsible for managing US tax and non-tax related incentives including R&D tax credits to optimize Novartis position considering impact on the company ensuring compliance with local regulations and managing relationships with tax authorities. This role includes leading processes concerning federal and state tax schemes in areas such as Research and Development Manufacturing and Real Estate investments. The incumbent will also collaborate with the Global Tax team to implement a centralized and efficient process for tax and non-tax related incentives across all countries. Further the Director will be responsible for special projects such as financial assessments and other strategic projects related to the US tax organization.Job Description

The salary for this position is expected to range between $160300 and $297000 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like but not limited to relevant skills and experience and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and depending on the level of the role eligibility to be considered for annual equity -based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health life and disability benefits a 401(k) with company contribution and match and a variety of other addition employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation personal days holidays and other leaves.
